Product Introduction
Ablyy independently developed the Visual Re-scaling System Model Ⅱ for Heavy Plate. A set of high-precision imaging systems is installed beside the roller table after the fixed-length shear to collect and track the position of the steel plate head in real-time. Based on pre-calibrated parameters, it calculates the cutting length of the steel plate. Along with a high-precision laser length measuring instrument, it can offer data guarantee for the automatic fixed-length cutting of heavy plates.
